PJ’S FAVORITE EYE PRODUCTS

I love playing with my eye looks. From bold colors to dark smokey eyes or creamy glitters. Even the basic brown/neutrals vibe. No matter the look there are a few eye basics that I never go without.

The first step to any look is a primer. I do wear primer under my make up but I have found that the extra step of an eye specific primer is a game changer. I love the NARS Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base and have noticed such a huge difference in the life of my eye look since I added it to my looks. Your shadow will come on darker and more intense, won’t crease and will last 24 hours if you want it to when using this primer.

After layering on the combo of shadow I like (in the look on the pictures for the blog I am using the Too Faced Pretty Rich Diamond Light Eyeshadow Palette.

I like to do a classic winged liner as I have almond shaped eyes and I feel like the look just accentuates your lash line perfectly. My go to here is the KVD Vegan Beauty Ultra Ink Liner. It is specifically formulated to go over shadow and is long wear and smudge resistant. It will definitely give your look the longevity you want after putting in all that hard work creating it.

For my brows I like something intense but also a bit more natural looking. I have naturally thick brows but as my 30s have crept on and I have battled with endocrine disorders I have lost volume in certain spots. The Anastasia Beverly Hills Micro-Stroking Detailing Brow Pen is awesome at accomplishing this. The waterproof formula really does last all day and it is easy to build dimension by micro- stroking in areas you want more fullness.

Last, but for me the most important step, is the finishing the look with mascara. I have pretty long natural lashed but I find that some super drying mascaras can make them fall out and get thin at times. I searched for a healthy and cleaner option and found a one two punch that makes them look full but also is very conditioning for my lashes and actually in my opinion helping them get fuller. I start with a Lancôme Cils Booster XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Primer which creates the appearance of longer, thicker, and more volumized lashes.
