MONAT THE CHAMP CONDITIONING DRY SHAMPOO

By now I’m sure many of you have tried dry shampoo to help prolong the life of your hair between washes. But how many of those brands have you absolutely loved? My guess is maybe just one if you’re lucky? That was me before I found Monat’s The Champ Conditioning Dry Shampoo!

I began using Monat products back in December to help grow back some hair I had lost postpartum. I had seen some great before and after photos and was sold! My order consisted of a full hair system which included 2 shampoos, conditioner, detangler, blow out cream, hair treatment oil AND the dry shampoo for $199**. I was a little skeptical of the price but I was assured that since these products are highly concentrated, they actually last a lot longer. This is 100% true in my opinion too- I have not needed to repurchase anything since placing my first order almost 4 months ago. Well, except for the Champ Dry Shampoo but that’s because I’m kind of obsessed!

Let me tell you why: My scalp gets super oily on day 2 after washing and this dry shampoo fully absorbs ALL the excess without leaving a residue or making my hair feel crunchy or dry in any way. That’s because it is Infused with Rejuveniqe oil (A blend of 13+ natural plant and essential oils rich in omega fatty acids, antioxidants and nutrients highly compatible with the skin and hair) for vital nutrients to condition your hair and help keep it looking healthy. This is what really makes the difference and what makes this product stand out to me.

It also contains agrana rice starch to absorb that excess oil all while not making your hair white and also helps lift the root and create more volume. As someone who has rather fine hair and struggled with oil scalp issues for years, this is a product that was a major selling point to me. Plus, all Monat products are vegan, cruelty free, naturally based AND meet EU beauty standards (which, in case you weren’t aware, far exceed those of the US).

The Champ is 100% a Honey, YASSS and is going to be a beauty staple in my life from now on. I recently ran out of this and didn’t have a back up and I refused to use any of my old dry shampoos because I knew they just didn’t meet my expectations anymore.
