Hey, Honey, Hey, I’m Deziree! Or more commonly known by my family and friends as Dez or Dezi . I am a believer and my Faith means everything to me. Immediately after my Faith, are my family and friends. These are my people; the one’s who give me that much more purpose in my life. I’m an enthusiast for all things related to beauty, makeup and fashion. However, getting a great deal or successfully using a promo code, just makes me darn-right ecstatic! I’m definitely a sucker for persuasive or pretty packaging but if I’m lucky, I can occasionally talk myself out of those unnecessary or impulsive purchases. Let’s be honest here though- that’s usually fairly far and few between. But hey, at least now all you Honies know my little secret and will hopefully be able to use it to your advantage!

I am a California native, who moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils!), where I received my degree in Psychology. After a few years in the field, I realized that it just wasn’t the right fit for me. Currently, I am working for a staffing firm as an Analyst and enjoy the many different challenges that come with it each day. Despite the heat, Arizona will forever hold a special place in my heart as I ended up living there for 10 years. Since I’m a true Cali girl, deep down I always knew that I would end up back there one day. Who would have known that just one year before I decided to move back to CA, I would meet the love of my life, Jake.

After 6 months of dating, Jake and I decided to take a leap of Faith and make the big move to California together. Within 6 months of our move we were engaged. In 2018, we were married at a beautiful winery in Temecula, CA, surrounded by the love of all our friends and family. Currently, we reside in San Diego with our two fur babies, Tanner + Tilli. You can usually find me outside running, hiking, at the beach or just taking our pups for a walk. I just love to be outdoors and if I can get a good sweat-sesh in at the same time, even better. Please don’t get it confused; most of these sweat-sessions are fueled by the idea of a guiltless and indulgent dinner out with my husband and a good cocktail. Life is all about balance, right?
